Step 1 : Login

l  Enter your phone number in the respective input column and press the send OTP Button

l  Once you have received the OTP code from WhatsApp. Enter it in the respective column

l  Once done press the Log In Button

l  Enter your phone number in the respective input column and press the send OTP Button

l  Once you have received the OTP code from WhatsApp. Enter it in the respective column

l  Once done press the Sign Up Button

l  Enter you full name, email in the respective columns

l  Once done press the Sign Up Button

l  You will then be directed to the user’s profile page to fill in the needed information

l  Once done filling in the information needed press the Submit Button

l  You’ll then see a pop up window saying that your account has been successfully created

l  Once clicked on this button, you will be redirected to this page

Step 2 : Create new order/Shipment

 l  After logging in or signing up, you will be redirected to the create new shipment/delivery page (as shown below)

l  You will be able to choose either one of the delivery modes

Step 3.1 : Drop Off Mode

l  To create a new shipment, click on the Drop Off Button

l  Once clicked, you will see a popup window

l  Choose which province and branch you wish to drop off your parcel at

l  Once you have chosen your branch. The details will appear as shown below

l  After confirming your desired branch to drop off, fill in the required information of the receiver and the parcel detail

l  Once clicked a new section will appear below

l  Choose your preferred service

l  Once you have clicked on the Submit Button, there will be a pop-up window saying that your shipment has been created

l  Once clicked you will be directed to this page

Step 3.2 : Pick Up Mode

l  To create new shipment click the Pickup Button

l  Once click a new section will show

l  Click on it to select the date

l  Once you have confirm the pickup date, a new section will appear below

l  You need to fill in the needed information and click Next Button

l  Once clicked Next Button, a new section will appear below 

l You need to choose your preferred service

l  Once you have clicked on the Submit Button, there will be a pop-up window saying that your shipment has been created

Step 4 : Payment

l   Once you have been directed to this page. Choose your prefer payments
