Revisions and Update of User Agreements

Agreements can be amended any time by us through posting an updated version. Updated Agreements shall be carried out and shall be effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to use our service, users agree to the updated terms. We reserve the right to review and update all agreements, terms and promotions any time, with or without prior notice, depending on our decision.

Personal Data (Incorporation of Privacy Policy)

According to the Privacy Policy of our site, users agree that we may and can collect, hold and use user’s personal data solely for our own purpose without transfer or publish to third parties. We are responsible to protect and safeguard user’s data as our first priority to maintain the service of our site.

Content of Service

We provide local parcel storing and shipping service.

Pick-up : After placing your pick-up order, we will pick-up your parcel within the standard operation duration.

Parcel storage : After receiving your parcel, we will keep your parcels under good condition until we complete your delivery to the appointed receiving address.

Delivery services : We will perform delivery services during normal working hours 9.00am - 6.00pm(Weekdays), 9.00am – 1.00pm(Saturday).

Parcel information : We will provide the weight or volume of your parcels at the receiving counter of our branches.

Payment services : Users are able to pay shipping fee or other services charges via local bank transfer, online payment gateway and credit card.

Customer service assistance : Users can contact our centralised customer service hotline or visit our website for online customer assistance.

Parcel protection : Users can file for lost compensation claims if the parcel is being lost by Sendy delivery.


We provide storage service for users to store goods in our warehouse. All of our branches are well-equipped with standard storage precautions such as 24 hrs camera surveillance,fire prevention measures and anti-pest measurements to ensure your parcel is secure.

All parcels will be kept in good condition until we complete your delivery to the appointed receiving address.

Where for any reason(s) the consignment cannot be delivered to the address stated on the Consignment Note or where the consignment is for self collection by the consignee at Sendy station and the consignee fails to collect the consignment within fourteen (14) days, Sendy are rightful to dispose off the consignment and Sendy shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage to the consignor and shall after 14 days.

Users are strictly prohibited to store or deliver explosive and corrosive goods and animals.

If it is found that any lost or damaged parcel is caused by Sendy, the maximum compensation for one parcel is RM100.

Shipping fee calculation

Shipping fees are calculated according to the weight or volumetric weight whichever is higher, and excluding insurance fee. Any consignment may be re-weighed and re-measured by Sendy to confirm this calculation. For the purposes of ascertaining the volumetric weight of any parcel, the following formula applies: Length x Width x Height (cm) / 6000 = Volumetric weight (Kgs)

Warranties by the consignor

Provide accurate information for the receiving address, declared value, weight and measurement of the consignment, and are responsible for false or inaccurate declarations.

If the declared weight and volumetric weight is incorrect, Sendy reserves the right to onhold the parcels until the variance of shipping fee is paid.

‎Compliance with Malaysian laws and ensure that all goods of consignment shall not contained any items from the prohibited list and are legal under any legislation.

‎The consignment is adequately prepared and packed to protect the enclosed goods and to ensure safe transportation

‎Whenever Sendy undertakes or arranges transport storage or any other services it shall be authorized to entrust the goods or arrangements to third parties, by any route and procedure and by any courier or successive and according to any handling, storage and transportation methods as Sendy thinks fit on the latter’s contractual conditions.

‎Agree that we will deliver the goods to the receiving address indicated on the consignment note. If we obtain a receipt or a signed certificate from anyone at this address, it is deemed that the delivery has been completed in accordance with the service agreement.

Prohibited Items

The following items (or any item similar to the description or content) are strictly prohibited, and Sendy reserves the right to refuse the carriage or transportation of any class of goods listed below. Any shipment containing such items may be subjected to the order being cancelled without notice.

Cash (in any currency) cash cheques, blank or endorsed cheques, negotiable instruments or securities (share certificates, bonds, etc.)

Jewelries, Counterfeit / pirated goods and materials, sex toys, antique

Livestock or plants

Identification card / Driving licence / Birth cert / Passport / Debit card / Credit card

Hazardous, combustible or explosive materials

Items that could hide, harbour or breed pests and seeds

Prohibited drugs liquor, tobacco, or any goods or materials that are prohibited by law, rule or regulation of any country

Compensation and claims

Fragile Items:Fragile items can only be carried on a no compensation basis on any service without insurans policy.

Lost Compensation:Lost consignment must be reported within 7 working days from the date of its last tracking status being updated, any report filed after 7 working days will be disregarded. If it is confirmed to be lost after investigation, compensation will be offered according to the declared value of the items or three times the amount of shipping fee, whichever is lower, with a maximum compensation up to RM250.

Incomplete parcel content: If there are any missing parcels upon receiving your consignment, please notify us within 48 hours upon receival, and attach a photo of the re-weighing proof of the entire package, and provide a photo of the packaging upon receiving. Late entries will not be accepted.

Swapped / Incorrect address:If your parcel is swapped or not delivered to your receiving address, Sendy will take corrective actions to get back the parcel and deliver to the correct address without extra charges.

Incorrect information: The consignor shall be liable for the cost and expenses incurred by incorrect declaration or information provided, for returning, re-dispatch and or destroying or otherwise dealing with the consignment.

Delayed shipment:Compensation for shipment delay is not covered in the event of clearance inspection, airline delay, courier delay, bad weather, natural disaster or promotion during the peak season. If there is an issue of delayed shipment, we will inform the customers immediately.


Loss Insurance: We provide additional insurance service for all shipments, which users can add-on for their shipping order. Lost parcels have to be reported within 48 hours, compensation will be made according to the insured amount chosen by the user after investigation and verification. Overdue claims will not be accepted.

Fragile Insurance: We provide insurance services for the transportation of fragile goods, and compensation can be made when the goods are damaged during transportation. Users can purchase this service when placing an order. If your goods are damaged at the time of receipt, please take a photo as proof and notify us within 48 hours. We will compensate for the maximum amount of RM 500 after investigating and verifying the damage. Overdue claims will not be accepted.

Sendy reserves the right to :

Open and inspect the consignment but this inspection shall not constitute a warranty that the consignment is suitable for transportation. Consignment(s) may at the request of government authorities be opened and inspected at any time. Sendy shall not be held liable for any delays, loss, damage, cost or expenses incurred in connection with this.

Reject any consignment already accepted for transportation, if in the opinion of Sendy that there is a possibility that the transport or delivery of the consignment may delay the transport or delivery of other consignments or cause damage or injury to other consignments, equipment or any person(s). Users can refer to term 7. Prohibited list, or contact customer service for more details.

Destroy or otherwise deal with any goods in the unclaimed consignment that exceed storage duration; or where Sendy at its sole discretion considers that the goods may impose some risk to other goods, property, life or health and the transportation of the consignment is unlawful. The consignor shall be liable for the cost and expenses incurred by Sendy for returning and or destroying or otherwise dealing with the consignment.

Handling Method : Sendy reserves the right to handle the consignment by any storage management, carrier, route(s) and procedure(s).

Errors and Inaccuracies : We reserve the right to make changes, update and remove any typographical error and inaccuracies of information in our website.

Review Feedback : We appreciate every feedback and comments from our user and it remains as our property. We reserve the right to publish, remove or store any feedback at our sole discretion.

Termination of Use : We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access to our site in the event that we find suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity may be taken by user.
