Terms & Conditions

  1. Parcel start shipping from lowest 1KG. Subsequent weight is 1KG.
  2. Shipment's weight determined by comparing volumetric weight and actual weight, charge whichever is higher.
  3. Volumetric weight is calculated after the shipment is packaged using formula (Height x Width x Length/6000).
  4. Explosive, livestock, animal, gas, flammable, ammunition, cigarettes are not allowed and banned to ship.
  5. Fragile item should be reinforced before dispatch; Insurance is not covered and shipper is not responsible for any broken or damaged issue. However, we can provide additional packaging services to protect fragile items.
  6. High value item required to seek for customer service assistance.
  7. If items are not covered by insurance, the maximum amount of compensation is only RM250
  8. Each parcel provided with free storage period up to 30 days. Exceeded free period will be charged RM 1 per day and per piece of parcel, maximum up to 45 days. Expired parcel will be destroyed without permission required.
