
Step 1 : Go to Ticket Page
l After logging in, click on the Ticket Button
l You will then be directed to this page
l In here, you will see the information such as Track No, title, status of ticket and time
Step 2 : Go to Ticket Chat
l Click on the Action Button
l Once clicked, you will be directed to the ticket chat page
l This will be the place where you are able to chat with customer service when there are problems with your parcel
