Step 1: Go to the Ticket Page

l  After logging in, click on the Ticket Button

 

 

l  You will then be directed to this page

l  In here, you will see the information such as Tracking Number, title, the status of ticket and time

 

 

Step 2: Go to Ticket Chat

l  Click on the Action Button

 

 

l  Once clicked, you will be directed to the ticket chat page

l  This will be the place where you are able to chat with customer service when there are problems with your parcel
