Terms & Conditions
- Shipment's weight determines by comparing volumetric weight and actual weight, charge whichever is higher
- Volumetric weight is calculated after the shipment is packaged using formula (Height x Width x Length/6000)
- Explosive, livestock, animal, gas, flammable, ammunition, cigarettes are not allowed and banned to ship
- Fragile item should be reinforced before dispatch; Insurance is not cover and shipper is not responsible for any broken or damaged issue. However, we can provide additional packaging services to protect fragile items
- High value item required to seek for customer service assistance
- If items are not cover by insurance, the maximum amount of compensation is only RM250
- Maximum weight of carton: 20kg for small carton, 30kg for medium carton and 40kg for large carton. For pallet maximum weight is 500kg
- The size of box for small carton is 20cm x 20cm x 20cm, for medium carton is 30cm x 30cm x 30cm, for large carton is 40cm x 40cm x 40cm
